  23. No ... I think he's talking about the command-line debugger versus the
  24. IDE (Integrated Development Environment) debugger.  In any case, it has
  25. nothing to do with either C or C++.  This should be taken to 
  26. comp.os.msdos.programming where most of the Borland experts live.
